The Licence page rendered a tiny default textarea and file input beside oversized, ungrouped buttons during the Windows licensing proof. Group licence status, activation, file import, and removal into readable sections using the app's existing colours and controls. The key field now fills its card and the file picker has a keyboard- and switch-focusable button.
Closes #1232. Part of #1217; v1.4.0 remains held.
Validation:
Physical switch recovery and macOS Keychain testing remain separate ship checks. No version, release, protocol, or storage changes.
