The trial/licence notice was an unstyled paragraph touching the edge of the main window. Put it in a padded banner aligned with page content, with a key icon, a stronger status message, and a separate Licence settings hint. Expired/unavailable states use the existing amber palette. Licensed computers still show no notice. Settings headings and tabs are unchanged.
Closes #1234. Builds on merged #1233 (Licence page layout); rebased onto and targets
main. Part of #1217. v1.4.0 remains held.Validation: prediction resources verified; lint, frontend tests (318), script tests (21), app build, Rust fmt/clippy/tests (864 passed, 4 ignored), and docs build passed. Windows VM visual check passed: trial banner shows 30 days, aligns with content, and separates the Licence settings hint. Independent agent reviewed 685785d and found no actionable issues.
