Remove the fixed price from Licence settings and documentation. Add Buy licence controls to the trial/licence banner and the unlicensed Licence page. They open the reusable Stripe test Payment Link in the default browser, explicitly labelled “Test checkout · no real payment”. The link uses the configured one-off price, quantity one, and promotion codes disabled.
Closes #1236. Builds on merged #1233 and #1235; rebased onto and targets
main. v1.4.0 remains held; this is test mode only.The official Tauri opener plugin is scoped to the exact checkout URL on the main window. General anchor interception is disabled and the overlay receives no browser permissions. Browser failures display a retryable error. Existing offline activation is unchanged, and the purchase button participates in the Licence page's existing switch recovery scanning.
Validation: Stripe API readback confirmed active/test-only link, configured price and quantity, and promotion codes off. Node 24 lint, frontend tests (320), script tests (21), and app build passed. One existing account-sync timing test failed in the first full run; the repeat full suite passed. Rust 1.97.1 fmt/clippy/tests passed (865 passed, 4 ignored). Docs build passed. Windows VM proof passed: selecting Buy licence by keyboard opened Microsoft Edge at the exact approved Stripe Payment Link, showing Switchify PC licence and the Sandbox badge. No payment submitted. Independent agent reviewed 2c79d13 and found no actionable issues.
Before live release, replace the test link and matching opener scope, and remove the test-checkout wording after live fulfilment approval. No merge or release requested.
