GitHub cancels macos-14 jobs during the current brownout, before code executes; the image retires on 2 November. Runs the native Mac job on macos-15 ARM64, matching the existing release runner. Explicit matrix check names preserve both required branch-protection contexts.
Closes #1242. Infrastructure parent for #1240 and #1241; no app behaviour, version, signing identity or release change.
Validation: Ruby YAML parse plus exact runner/check-name assertions, git diff --check. Native CI on the new runner is required before merge. GitHub announcement and supported image architectures: actions/runner-images#13518 and https://github.com/actions/runner-images#available-images. No release or merge.
