Document sortable session metadata listing with Python, TypeScript, and curl, including a complete pagination example for each client.

The guide distinguishes GET /sessions metadata rows from GET /session-memory IDs and generated conversation summaries. It covers owner/namespace filters, store-wide listing, default and explicit sorts, query-bound pagination tokens, legacy rows with missing metadata, and the different positional arguments of the two TypeScript listing methods. REST and self-managed examples link to the guide.

Based on #4025 so the API reference stays consistent. Merge sequence: #4025 → #4145 → #4149 → #4001. The final #4001 page retains this guide after consolidating the quickstarts.

Validation: both published beta SDKs and curl followed two fixture pages, including a token with reserved URL characters and a legacy row; requests and responses passed the current API schema. Strict TypeScript and shell checks passed. Hugo 0.143.1 rendered the section. One existing overview link warning is corrected in #4149. No deployed-service test was performed. CI completed on 5e292c949: 102 successful checks, 1 skipped, no failures.
