Summary

Fix the remaining webhook-status example issue from #4001. When HOOK_EVENT_ID is set, the Python, TypeScript, and curl examples now fetch only that event. When it is unset or empty, they list statuses and follow pagination cursors, including after an empty page.

Addresses the webhook status review comment. Targets iris-ga-docs.

Review audit

Checked all 20 unresolved threads on #4001 against the current target branch. The other 19 requests already have content changes in that branch:

• The concepts material is in overview.md, with a redirect from the old concepts URL.
• The developer guide includes configuration steps, identifier choices, backend authorization, a per-turn context example, extraction troubleshooting, and typed-error handling. The sensitive-data exclusion explanation is preserved.
• The quickstart has complete client examples, run instructions, and explanations for saving and retrieving events and recalling preferences.
• The sessions introduction defines events and session IDs and explains retention and summarization before the procedures.
• The section index uses tile cards. Session listing and namespace routing are child pages under their respective sections.

The historical threads remain open for reviewer acceptance; this PR changes only the remaining webhook example defect.

Validation

• Executed the three snippets extracted from the Markdown with mocked SDK and curl responses: nine scenarios passed (event ID set, unset, and empty in each language).
• Confirmed single-event mode makes no list calls, and list mode follows a cursor after an empty page. Checked delegated headers and Python client cleanup.
• Confirmed the original Python example fails the same single-event check because it also lists statuses.
• Shell syntax check and git diff --check passed.
• The full documentation build and staging deployment passed. All 103 completed checks passed; one check was skipped. Bugbot passed without findings.
• Confirmed the staged webhook page contains all three corrected examples.
• Live Agent Memory service requests were not run; the request contracts are unchanged, and the control-flow checks use mocked responses.
