Search-phrase page (FIPS 140-3 build cache). I ran ghcr.io/fosterstack/cache:0.2.1-fips and :0.2.1 locally; the startup log line and /statusz fields on the page are their real output, and the image digests match release-manifest.json. Limits quoted from cache SECURITY.md at v0.2.1 ('does not exercise the released fscache-fips binary or image'). No 'certified/compliant' claims; the 'not FedRAMP/CMMC compliant' sentence is the one already on the home page. HOLD for owner cold-read (touches the regulated/compliance audience, so the owner should read it with care).
