Item 1 of the advisor's Oct 8 work order. Shipped truth only: reporting, 48h target as intent, latest minor supported, signing and published files, no-telemetry — all from cache SECURITY.md/RELEASING.md/README. security.txt per RFC 9116 (Expires is a protocol field, not copy). Allowlist gets one line for .well-known/security.txt (README sanctions that). Needs a check that Cloudflare Pages serves dot-prefixed /.well-known/ (README says other dot paths are not uploaded); see preview. HOLD for owner cold-read.
