Make desktop Next and Previous conversation (mod+shift+] / mod+shift+[) follow the order shown by the conversation browser: pinned conversations, workspace groups and conversations nested after their creator.

Skip collapsed groups, retaining the current conversation as an anchor so stepping from it still works. The Bot keeps its own entry and is excluded from conversation stepping.

conversationGroups.ts supplies the grouping to both the browser and navigation. SessionSurface owns collapse state shared by the docked and overlay browsers, so stepping still follows that state while the sidebar is hidden. This integrates the creation grouping from #6492 and the multiple side-conversation markers from #6486.

Validation: full SDK/product/generated NSH and Host UI type checks; existing grouping/nesting behavior tests and product/tooling suites; existing native desktop, shared component and continuation integration cases; Biome and notices checks.
