Version 0.12. The work in it is already on main (tested there by CI on Qt 6.8); this pull request moves the version and the manual to 0.12, so the release can be tagged.

What's in 0.12

• Past tax that stays right: each check keeps the tax rates it closed with, so reports over past weeks and months, the dashboard and refunds show the tax charged, after the rates change too. Checks closed before this keep using today's rates.
• Retail: Select → Price Tags… (name, price and barcode; label printers draw EAN-13, UPC-A or Code 128, receipt printers use their own barcode command); Track stock's Order up to puts tracked items on the Stock report's order list; the item list's Stock column (red when low) and Low Stock filter; spreadsheets bring in On Hand, Cost, Low At, Order Up To and SKU (existing items only with Update stock and cost), and an item renamed in the sheet is found by its barcode, PLU or SKU; Undo covers stock settings, and removing an item removes its stock.
• Smoother when busy: the kitchen screen redraws only when its tickets change; marking an item sold out no longer refreshes every manager screen; the standby's copy is made on a worker thread (changes meanwhile follow it; a failed copy is tried again); starting up reads only open and recent time punches; the dashboard's last week loads in the background.
• The home screen fits a 1280 × 800 screen, every tile.
• Build: -Wall -Wextra on ViewTouch's own code; no warnings.
