V3 strategy keeper gas balances are checked in the vaults repo. This changes the hourly keeper gas monitor to cover funded strategies belonging to non-retired Yearn v2 vaults and adds that ownership note beside the scheduled task.

Discovery paginates Kong's v2 vault inventory, matches strategies by chain and address, and verifies both API versions are 0.x. Keeper and estimatedTotalAssets reads run on-chain in batches. Direct keeper wallets are deduplicated per chain; contract keepers are logged and skipped because their balances do not fund their callers' gas. The previous v3 caller configuration and event resolution are removed.

Checks cover mainnet, Optimism, Base, and Arbitrum, with the existing $10 mainnet / $2 L2 thresholds, internal Yearn maintenance routing, and daily reminders. V2 uses a separate deduplication namespace. Monitoring metadata and the Yearn README describe the new scope and contract-keeper limitation.

Validation:

• Full suite: 2,081 passed, 4 skipped, 108 subtests passed (TMPDIR=/tmp avoids macOS Unix-socket path limits).
• All prek hooks passed: Ruff lint, formatting, and ty.
• Changed production functions pass the cyclomatic-complexity limit of 8.
• Regression tests fail when the v2 API-version filter or empty-strategy exclusion is deliberately removed.
• Read-only live discovery and RPC collection completed across 594 eligible strategies; no alerts were sent and no alert state was written.
