Replace static deployment credentials with a 15-minute token from cf-sts.wevm.run. Only the deployment job gains OIDC permission. Use the same token for queue provisioning, Worker deployment, and application-secret synchronization; the pinned first-party client revokes it in post-job cleanup.
Depends on wevm/cloudflare-sts#4 being deployed to production. Preserve runtime secrets and release behavior. Verified immutable repository identity and wevm.dev zone in a read-only live preflight; actionlint passes. Merge only after policy rollout and CI, then verify the real deployment and revoke the old token.
