LGTM, two non-blocking notes:
The generated title and body say the bump is in /common, but the diff moves github.com/wego/pkg/pointer in 16 modules (3 direct, 13 indirect). The Commits list and compare link also point at the to module's tag range (to/v0.2.0...to/v0.2.1, 3 commits) rather than pointer/v0.2.0...pointer/v0.2.1 (16 commits), so a reviewer clicking through sees the wrong changelog and misses a870307, the commit that actually produced v0.2.1 (a toolchain go1.26.10 line in pointer/go.mod). Nothing to fix on a dependabot PR, but worth knowing before trusting the body's release notes.
Adoption is not repo-wide either: database/clauses still resolves pointer v0.2.0 transitively through strings v0.2.2, and cognito keeps v0.1.2 through strings v0.1.2. Harmless today since v0.2.1 carries no behavior change; the residue clears when new strings tags are cut and those modules re-bump.

LGTM: dependency metadata only; pointer v0.2.1 adds only a toolchain directive.
