skill-workflow

Launches one new skill from an idea: drafts with Draft-Skill, validates and tunes with Tune-Skill, then audits and polishes discoverability with Findable-Polish. Not for a batch of prompts you already wrote (use prompts-to-skill) or an existing skill (use tune-and-polish).

Tunes triggers and boundaries with Tune-Skill, then polishes discovery with Findable-Polish — use it only when you want both halves at once. A triggering-only fix belongs to tune-skill, a listing-only one to findable-polish. Not for creating skills (use draft-skill).
