Popovers and menus now use a shared translucent surface with background blur, softer corners, and inset separators. This also applies to dialogs, tooltips, color pickers, and notifications. An opaque fallback respects reduced-transparency preferences.
The theme, background, and scene selectors now follow the same styling as the refreshed workspace.
Verified locally with all 230 tests passing and a successful production build.
