feat: add MCP Registry, Gemini CLI, and Cursor manifests - #10

server.json publishes the remote server to the MCP Registry as io.github.stella/stella through GitHub OIDC when it changes on main. gemini-extension.json and GEMINI.md make the repository a Gemini CLI extension; .cursor-plugin adds the Cursor plugin and its root index. validate_listing.py binds every new manifest to the package version and server URL and to one shared description, and keeps the Cursor manifest out of the package archive.
