test: run next against Vite 8 and Node 24

Summary

• run the default integration suites on Vite 8.2.1 and Node 24
• add Vite 6, 7, and 8 coverage to the Vitest workflow
• update the Vite 8 fixture to Vitest 4 and its Playwright provider
• remove the stale virtual devtools observer assertion
• update the custom-entry production check for Rolldown output
• test against @solidjs/start-devtools 1.0.0-next.3

The server function inspector feature-detects the observer API and will activate once solidjs/solid#3025 is published.

No changeset is needed because this only changes CI, tests, and development dependencies.
