这一步做了什么

release-prep.yml 工作流跑完了机械部分（版本号 0.10.0 → 0.10.1、[Unreleased] 开新节 [0.10.1] - 2026-11-03、双 README 插占位行），
但它的第 8 步 Create release-prep branch + PR 失败：

pull request create failed: GraphQL: GitHub Actions is not permitted to create or approve pull requests (createPullRequest)

分支 release-prep/0.10.1 已推上去，按 CONTRIBUTING 不重跑工作流（此时还没有 PR，重跑会覆盖机器产出但没必要），改为手动开 PR。

本 PR 补上人要写的三处：

1. 根 README 中英「最近更新 / Recent updates」各一行头条；
2. 包 README 的 v0.10.1 版本行主题；
3. CHANGELOG 的 ### 贡献者 / Thanks 小节。

本版内容

• 0.10.0：MemoryDrawer 未声明 provenance 状态，打开记忆详情必崩（ReferenceError: provenance is not defined） #553 修复：0.10.0 里点开任意一条记忆的详情抽屉，渲染进程立刻抛 ReferenceError: provenance is not defined，
  整个宿主跟着重启、会话被打断，100% 复现。根因是 MemoryDrawer 的归因 state 落在了同文件上一个组件 EntityPanel 里
  （在那里是纯死代码），PR fix(panel): 记忆详情的归因 state 落错了组件，打开抽屉必崩（#553） #554 修掉并补了按组件扫描的回归测试。
• 图谱增强：把图从展示变成检索信号（discussion #22 追踪） #24 收尾（0.10.0 之后合入）：图谱锚定层补上 Tag 与向量两路起点，被动确认补上复核出口，PR feat(graph): 锚定层补上 Tag 与向量两路起点，被动确认补上复核出口（#24） #552。

版本类型

补丁版（0.10.0 → 0.10.1）：本版无新功能、无破坏性变更，故不跨 minor，
SECURITY.md 的支持版本表不需要下移（那张表只在跨 minor 时挪一格）。

验证

• node scripts/check-sync.js → ✓ src/ 与 lib/ 一致（83 个文件）
• 文档守卫四文件（release-docs / security-doc / test-count-sync / docs-config-keys）→ 22/22 pass
• 全量 node --test → 2681 tests / 2680 pass / 0 fail / 1 skipped

合并之后

打 tag v0.10.1（annotated，与 v0.9.5 / v0.10.0 同形）并 push，由 release.yml 核三方一致、跑测试矩阵、带 provenance 发布到 npm 并建 GitHub Release。
