What is SimpleCloud?

SimpleCloud helps you set up and manage a Minecraft server network. It runs your servers across one or more machines and gives you a web dashboard and the sc command for day-to-day management.

SimpleCloud is an open-source project built by Minecraft enthusiasts in their free time.

Get started

Open the SimpleCloud Dashboard and sign in. The setup wizard gives you the command that installs SimpleCloud on your first machine and connects it to your network.

Follow the installation guide to connect your first machine and create your first server.

Choose how your servers work

  • A server group creates replaceable servers from shared settings and files. Use groups for proxies, lobbies, and game modes that may need multiple identical servers or automatic scaling.
  • A persistent server is one named server that keeps its own world and files. Use it for a long-running server such as an SMP or build server.

Read more about server groups, persistent servers, the dashboard, and the CLI.

Report a problem or request a change

This repository is SimpleCloud's project-wide issue tracker. Open an issue for bugs, feature requests, and work that spans several SimpleCloud components. You do not need to know which component owns the problem before reporting it.

Search the existing issues first. For setup help and general questions, ask in the SimpleCloud Discord.
