Also refactored the internal cone search to behave similarly to the SIMBAD search. Note the popup links to a SearchResults table that shows only sources within the cone search, since the table below the map is coupled to the viewport of the map and may show sources outside of the actual cone search. Also, the cone search link-out can be bookmarked for ongoing monitoring of a particular area of the sky.

Allows users to focus the map on a SIMBAD object, if found. Shows a popup with a link-out to SIMBAD for a cone search at 5 arcmin. The re-centering also zooms in on the object, meanwhile filtering the table sources that are out of the FOV (like before).
