Description

1. Add support for parsing and logging unencrypted or encrypted SPARTN output direct from receiver (in addition to existing NTRIP SPARTN parsing capability). See pyspartn for more information about SPARTN decryption.
2. Indicate installation path and cryptography support in About panel system information.
3. Fix minor font size issue in banner panel.
4. Fix issue with ubx2presets utility failing to recognise MGA commmand types.

Testing

Please test all changes, however trivial, against the supplied pytest suite tests/test_*.py. Please describe any test cases you have amended or added to this suite to maintain >= 99% code coverage.
