The one-line installer gives each app its usual port (Splitwiz 8090, should-we 8091, Flowy 8092, Troye 8093). If another program already had one, that app failed to start. Now:

• should-we (installed here from its compose file) gets the first free port from 8091 on, written to its .env.
• Splitwiz, Flowy and Troye get their usual port passed as before; their own installers now pick the next free one when it's taken (PRs in those repos). Until they merge, those three behave as today.
• The end-of-install list and the Tailscale serve lines already read each app's port from its .env, so they show the real one.
• An app's existing .env is never changed, so ports stay stable on updates.
• README and linux.md explain it.

"Taken" means something listens on the port (ss, or netstat on BusyBox/macOS) or a Docker container publishes it, stopped ones included. shellcheck and sh -n pass.
