Switches the root Python entry in
.github/dependabot.ymlfrompiptouv. Withpip, Dependabot editspyproject.tomlbut leavesuv.lockstale, so the bump PRs failuv sync --locked. Theuvecosystem updates both. The ruff <0.16 ignore carries over unchanged.
