Expand the README opening from four GIFs to a full-width pipeline hero and eight visual cards. Add five animations showing depth-colored public scan samples, actual Rust voxel centroids, actual RANSAC membership, an illustrative depth window, and actual Rust/WASM motion vectors. Refresh the banner and keep both tracking cards linked to the mobile playground.
All nine GIFs total 2,304,472 bytes, within the existing 3 MB budget. Reuse the public PCL scan and synthetic tracking records; record input, generator and asset hashes. Label presentation effects, AI-off synthetic input and magnified flow arrows explicitly.
Validation: decoded all 335 GIF frames; checked hashes, looping and meaningful frame changes; verified all nine images load without overflow at 1100, 390 and 320 px in Chromium; inspected visual previews; git diff --check passed. No new runtime dependency, build, sensor capture or large download.
