Add a 人物サンプル button so visitors can see local AI person masking and Rust/WASM background tracking without camera permission. A size/SHA-pinned public NASA/scikit-image photo is self-hosted, labeled as synthesized motion, and released on Stop. Image failure/cancellation cannot affect replacement sessions; existing camera/procedural playback remains available.
Validation: 99 JS tests, six asset tests, 20 targeted photo controls and 106 full browser controls pass. Actual model masks and background flow work at 256×192 and 192×144, with AI-off playback, HTTP/decode/dimension failures, pending-load Stop and stale-event recovery covered. Inspect mobile screenshots and existing mobile/desktop layout checks.
Reuse the existing WASM and all nine vendor pins (41,087,603 bytes). The only new acquired source is the 791,555-byte public photograph; no local Rust compilation or shared-cache growth. Preserve 2,615 prior output files plus 493 scientific JSON and 42 frozen native artifacts. Physical-phone, hardware GPU, accuracy and operational qualification remain separate.
