Refresh the opening README group with a shared visual style, actual public PCL pipeline results, Euclidean cluster labels and occupied voxel cells. Add actual Rust/WASM feature tracking on synthetic input, label it AI-off, and link the animation to the mobile camera playground.
The four GIFs total 1,542,936 bytes, down 45.6% from the previous three GIFs (2,834,841 bytes). Add reproducible generators, source/binary/asset hashes and generation notes. Playback is presentation, with no processing-latency or GPU-execution claim.
Validation: decode all 160 GIF frames, verify dimensions/loops/hashes and the size budget; verify 48 actual WASM input hashes and 47 tracking results after initialization; inspect all pipeline phases; check local Chromium presentation at 1100 px and 390 px with all four assets loaded and no horizontal overflow. Node syntax and git whitespace checks pass. Production library code and dependencies are unchanged.
