…BIOS flashing Per issue radxa-docs#2058: prefer SOP8 208mil chip socket (Orion O6) or programming pins (Orion O6N) for connecting the SPI programmer, and demote the SOP8 clip to a fallback option with a caution note (chip damage / clip wear risks). Updates both zh and en shared _bios.mdx component.

Issue #2058（Radxa 同事反馈）：O6 / O6N 的「使用编程器刷写 BIOS 固件」文档原先以 SOP8 烧录夹作为主要连接方式，但夹子夹取芯片存在风险（夹坏芯片 / 反复夹取磨损后夹不住板上芯片）。
