Do not print OP_TOKEN in CI logs.

OP_TOKEN is a sensitive 1Password service account token. Base64 and hexadecimal are reversible encodings, not masking. A log reader can reconstruct the token from either value. Remove both encodings and keep the existing lint and version-check commands.
