Signup profile fields via @profullstack/profile - #65

/signup asks for first/last name (required) plus company domain, job title and LinkedIn (optional). Validated before the link is minted, carried on login_tokens.profile and saved to user_profiles when the link is opened; a failed save never blocks sign-in. /login is unchanged. GET/PUT/PATCH /api/v1/me/profile and a Your details panel on /account. Schema in db/schema.pg.sql (applied to prod). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
