The router devtools badge covers the title and Close button of a side sheet on a phone #211

What happens

In a development build on a phone, the TanStack Router devtools badge is at the top right. A side Sheet opens from the right and puts its title and its Close button at the top right too. The badge covers the end of the title and the Close button.

#199 hid the badge only while a bottom sheet is open and a toast shows. A side sheet is not covered by that rule.

Steps

1. Run the SPA in development (pnpm dev, or the functional suite's Vite server).
2. Open /components at 320 x 568.
3. Select Open Sheet.

Expected: the sheet title and the Close button show. Actual: the badge covers "Sheet Title" and the Close button.

Only a development build shows the badge. Found while checking the screenshots of PR #202. Main has the same behavior.
