obs-studio#2324's merge group failed a lint that landed on master after it opened (test_no_sys_path_edits), and #2316 queued behind it failed with it, but queued PRs never showed on the list. Read mergeQueueEntry.state; an UNMERGEABLE entry is listed as requeue, with how to fix a semantic clash.
