This pull request introduces the initial coach and development environment setup for the "077-ElasticsearchWithFoundry" What The Hack. It adds the coach's guide, the solution for Challenge 00, and a fully configured
devcontainer.jsonto streamline student onboarding and ensure consistent environments.This is a new WTH that is co-authored by Microsoft and Elastic to help students learn the Agentic integrations between the platforms.
