Superseded by #22, which moves front_end to Flask==3.1.3. Worth noting this bump would not have been sufficient on its own: Flask 2.2.5 is still 2.2.x, which does from werkzeug.urls import url_quote at module scope, and url_quote was removed in Werkzeug 3.0 - so it would still break as soon as Werkzeug was bumped. #22 moves Flask and Werkzeug together (3.1.3 / 3.1.8) and verifies both services boot. Closing as overtaken.
