The ARM Compose service now runs Python 3.15.1 using python:3.15.1-alpine3.24. It explicitly selects linux/arm64, removes the obsolete Compose version field, and documents build, dependency checks, and startup requirements.

Validated locally on an Apple Silicon Mac with Docker Desktop:

• Compose configuration and ARM64 image build passed.
• Confirmed Python 3.15.1, aarch64, the virtual environment, dependency imports, pip check, and SerialCord syntax.
• Booted the existing master ISO from GitHub Actions in QEMU and received the expected serial response to help.
• Initialized SerialCord and registered both commands with Discord login mocked; a live Discord connection was not tested.
