Update MatrixRaft to f41a032 so metadata and chunk consensus peers stage incoming checkpoint fragments in temporary files beside their journals. Partial transfers retain only received bytes on disk and are discarded on expiry or I/O failure without acknowledging failed writes. Checksums and canonical protobuf validation still gate completed transfers.
Validation: 26 metadata/chunk consensus process tests passed with one ignored, 13 checkpoint library tests passed, and the all-feature/all-target build check passed with locked dependencies. The dependency CI completed successfully.
This reduces memory retained during partial incoming transfers. Final decoding, outgoing checkpoints and application capture still use complete buffers, and the 256 MiB checkpoint limit remains. This change does not establish full distributed production readiness.
