Changes

• Release ManagedCode.FileContext 1.0.19.
• Remove automatic FileContext workload ceilings while preserving explicit limits and format constraints.
• Preserve multiline CSV records, DOCX separators and cursor positions, and XLSX base cell text.
• Reduce search, CSV, workbook, and report rendering costs using the measured Release workloads.

Verification

• The full local Release suite passed 232 tests with 95.54% line coverage. Package archive validation passed.
• Merge after the required GitHub build-and-test check succeeds.
