+- **Financial-assistance awards** (Tango API 5.12.0). USAspending's grant, loan, direct-payment and other assistance awards, one endpoint per group under `/api/assistance/`. Each group gets a cursor-paginated list, a get by `key`, and the award's `/transactions/` and `/listings/` sub-routes: `listAssistanceGrants` / `getAssistanceGrant` / `listAssistanceGrantTransactions` / `listAssistanceGrantListings`, and the same four for `Loan(s)`, `DirectPayment(s)` and `Other`, plus `iterateAssistanceGrants`, `iterateAssistanceLoans`, `iterateAssistanceDirectPayments` and `iterateAssistanceOther`. All 30 of the API's filters are typed on `ListAssistanceAwardsOptions` under the API's own names, including `fain`, `uri`, `cfda_number`, `assistance_type`, `record_type`, `disaster_emergency_fund_code`, `funding_opportunity_number`, `pop_state` / `pop_country` / `pop_zip` and `obligated_gte` / `obligated_lte`.
