sync() creates an empty OrgInvites (added in #3700) with an FK to the empty sync-created Orgs, so 2026_10_19_renameHubsToOrgs failed in prod with 'cannot drop table "Orgs" because other objects depend on it'. Drop it first if empty; the next sync() recreates it against the renamed table.
