Overview
Release 0.133.0 bumps package/version metadata and documents three API-facing features in the changelog.

The sync and async Kernel clients now set _idempotency_header to Idempotency-Key, and a large share of resource methods (including browser REPL and Playwright executor calls) accept an optional idempotency_key that is passed through make_request_options so callers can supply custom idempotency keys on mutating requests.

Vault items gain types and operations for Kernel wallet payment methods (add/remove payment method operations, payment-request item specs) and 1Password fill can target a specific page via target_id (and entry_id when multiple entries match), with docs pointing at Playwright tab.target_id.
