…Q&As Stop baking YYYY-MM-DD into the shields badge URL. The badge now reads today_utc from data/stats.json; the stamp line is filled from generated_at on every render_readme / daily-update run. README 的更新日期不再写死在徽章 URL 里。徽章改为 shields.io 动态 JSON，读取
main上data/stats.json的today_utc；正文时间戳仍由每次render_readme/ daily-update 从generated_at写入。首屏补了「数据怎么算」和「怎么看 / 怎么参与」两条问答，页脚加上CONTRIBUTING.md。未改排名逻辑或 secrets。已 rebase 到最新
main（#15 的 history-slack 修复）。main上没有更新的榜单数据（11-01 daily-update 因 slack 失败未推送），因此保留了现有data/。当前计划编号为 PLAN-003（PLAN-002 已被 #15 占用）。每日更新节奏与 Actions 一致：北京时间 0 点（
0 16 * * *，UTC+8）和洛杉矶时间 0 点（0 7 * * */0 8 * * *+schedule_guard.py）。Checklist
