Inline audio/video data URLs with MIME parameters or line-wrapped base64 bypassed
base64_media_prohibited. Accept those headers and ASCII whitespace, then normalize the payload before applying the existing length threshold and size diagnostic. Ordinary URLs and other data MIME types keep their handling.Validation: 1,238 tests across all 23 lint-package files pass; lint-package type-check and build pass; oxlint and formatting pass. The new parameter/wrapping cases failed on the original rule. The root build was attempted and stopped on shader-transitions/runtime resolution and missing AWS SDK dependencies in the borrowed environment; parser and lint builds succeeded. The normal pre-commit hook also hits missing dependencies in unchanged Studio files. The lint-package type-check passes; only that unrelated global type-check hook was excluded for the commit, with all other hooks retained. CI remains the full clean-environment gate.
