Conversation
The repository PR template was removed in favour of the default in hashintel/.github, but CONTRIBUTING.md did not say where that default lives and two agent skills still referred to the deleted file.

🌟 Purpose
#9897 removed this repository's PR template so that GitHub applies the organization-wide default from
hashintel/.github. Nothing in the repository says where that default lives. Two agent skills still point at the deleted.github/pull_request_template.mdor at sections the old template had. This PR links the organization-wide default,
docs/pull_request_template.mdinhashintel/.github, fromCONTRIBUTING.mdand from themanaging-git-workflowandpetrinaut-shippingskills.🔍 Changes
CONTRIBUTING.mdno longer asks contributors to say when a template section is not relevant. The new template asks them to delete such sections instead.managing-git-workflowno longer tells agents to link the Linear issue under "related links". The new template has no such section and asks for the identifier in the PR title only. The skill also now says to delete sections that do not apply, matching the template.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
