…ject creation Port the legacy create-project acceptance coverage (inline team creation and project deletion on going back) to the SCM flow and drop the legacy class. Enable SCM project creation in the org creation and quick start tests, which land on the create-project page, so all of them keep passing once the legacy flow is removed. Platform selection is already covered by test_create_without_repository. Refs VDY-235
…tup docs Follow the back navigation instead of reloading the create-project page so the test waits for the project deletion, and reuse select_platform in test_create_without_repository.

Moves the create-project acceptance coverage onto the SCM project creation flow so it keeps passing once the legacy flow is removed in #126372. The legacy
CreateProjectTestclass is gone: inline team creation and project deletion on going back are ported toScmCreateProjectTest, and the platform selection test is dropped becausetest_create_without_repositoryalready covers it. The org creation and quick start tests land on the create-project page after creating an org, so they now enableonboarding-scm-project-creationand go through the SCM wizard.Every test turns the flag on, so this passes on master and on top of #126372. The flag overrides come out with the registration removal at the end of VDY-235.
