docs(product): Update stale image and content > Error Issue page

See:

• deleted the error issue detail page screenshot and replaced it with the screenshot we use on the Issue Details page
• moved the section "Subscribe to Alerts" to the Issue Details page (general content, not specific to error issues)
• removed outdated content about the sidebar > the Issue Details page already explains this part in detail
• added a "Learn More" section to link to the Issue Details page where users can learn more about the UI -> not sure if this is needed - let me know what you think!
• updated two stale images: error levels & event grouping information
