The 2.0 artwork README names the blueprint docs-header card for the upgrade guide header. Added to the forum upgrade guide and the extension upgrade guide.

framework/core/composer.json.The image goes directly under each H1, so #592, #606 and #607 still apply cleanly on top of this.
