Re-vendor the gateway config validator bundle built against zod 4.6.6, which fixes GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5, and update EXPECTED_VALIDATOR_BUNDLE_SHA256 to match. The bundle was copied verbatim from the upstream build; the type shim is unchanged. Harness-only change, so no plugin.json version bump.

vendor/config-validator.bundle.mjsis copied verbatim from the upstream build; its sha256 matches the upstream published digest exactly. The type shim (.d.mts) is unchanged.plugin.jsonversion bump.Checks:
pnpm test(181/181),biome:check,typecheck, and the schema-digest--check(which asserts the bundle matches the pinned sha).
