The Dtwo MCP server renamed its activation tool to dtwo-create-gateway-activation: every call creates a new activation pair, so the old get name didn't fit. The setup skill now uses the new name, and the plugin version is 1.2.3 in all three manifests.

Checked against the PR head: no get-gateway-activation / get_gateway_activation reference survives anywhere in the tree (all file types), the only skill that names the tool is setup/SKILL.md and every mention is updated, the version is bumped to 1.2.3 in all three manifests per CLAUDE.md, and the marketplace manifests carry no version field. The copy change from "mints on essentially every call" to "mints on every call" matches what the server actually does. Release 1.2.3 in the same window as the d2#2699 deploy, since users on 1.2.2 mid-setup after that deploy fall into the skill's graceful-degradation path.
