Changes

  • Video story order (one rule, everywhere): lib/story-order.ts orders video stories LFX first, then GSoC (and other summers of code), then senior engineers, then the rest, with YouTube first in each group. Used by /api/stories/videos and the voices rail, which is the same component on the homepage, team, fellowship and mentorship pages.
  • Team page reuses the homepage sections: it now renders the homepage Value created and Outcomes ("Where the work led them") sections instead of its own "Proof, not promises" and "Value added to the economy" copy. The notes on how each number is counted now live in data.ts and open in place under "How we count these numbers" on both pages. components/home-impact.tsx is removed and the Impact link points to /#impact.
  • Story: one line says the name stayed and something runs almost every day, since people read Dev Weekends as weekends only.

Testing

  • /team at 375px: order is hero, mentors, core team, voices, impact, outcomes, story; no "Proof, not promises"; the notes open with 5 entries; no horizontal overflow.
  • tsc clean on the changed files.

…the rest

One ranking in lib/story-order.ts, used by the stories endpoint and the voices rail on the homepage, team, fellowship and mentorship pages. YouTube videos lead inside each group.
The team page had its own copy of the numbers (Proof, not promises and Value added to the economy), worded and laid out differently from the homepage. It now renders the homepage Value created and Outcomes sections. The notes on how each number is counted move into data.ts and open in place under How we count these numbers. Removes components/home-impact.tsx.
People read the name as weekends only; one line in the story says the name stayed and something runs almost every day.
Checked against Fellowship 2026 by the numbers: the slider lists exactly the 29 countries the post names.
