Two small fixes.

Products linked to GitHub

Under Built in the open, Buildment and the Content Control Platform had no link. They now open https://github.com/devweekends and keep their Coming soon tag. (The Buildment repo is private, so it links to the org page.)

DWOSI links back home

The DWOSI page has its own header and footer with no way back to the Dev Weekends site.

• Header: a "← Dev Weekends" link before the section links on desktop, and "Dev Weekends home" as the first item in the phone menu.
• Footer: "Dev Weekends" in the initiative line is now a link, and a "Dev Weekends home" link leads the list.

Testing

• Checked in the browser: product links and tags, and the header and footer links on /dwosi all point to the right places.
• tsc clean on the changed files.
